When to follow up on a quote

Check in, then give it room.

There is no universal rule. These are the gaps the generator suggests. Adjust them to how your customers decide.

  1. First follow-up. If there's no reply, consider checking in again in 5 days.
  2. No response. If you're still waiting on a response, consider one more check-in in 7 days.
  3. Price hesitation. If questions remain, consider checking in again in 3 days.
  4. Nothing is scheduled or sent automatically. You decide when and whether to send.

Quote follow-up questions

Common questions, answered plainly.

How do I follow up on a quote?

Refer to the specific job you quoted, ask if they have any questions, and make replying easy. Keep it short. Choose the situation that fits (first follow-up, no response, or price hesitation) and the generator drafts an email and a text.

How long should I wait after sending a quote?

There is no single right number. The generator assumes you are following up about 3 days after the quote, suggests checking in again about 5 days later if there is no reply, and one more time about 7 days after that. Adjust to how your customers decide.

What should I say when a customer doesn't respond to my quote?

Ask whether they are still considering the work and invite them to tell you if plans changed. The No response option writes a low-pressure check-in that does not guess at why they went quiet.

Should I follow up on a quote by email or text?

Use the channel the customer already used with you. Email suits a fuller message with the quote details. A text is shorter and easy to answer on the go. The generator gives you both, so you can send either or use them in sequence.

Is the generator free, and does Rebook send the messages?

It is free and needs no signup. Rebook does not send anything. You copy the email or text and send it yourself from your own email or phone.
