Rebook is customer follow-up software for service businesses. This policy explains how Rebook handles personal data when you visit our website or use the product.
Information we process
We process account information such as your email address, profile details, and authentication data. Workspace users may add business and customer information, including contact details, equipment or service records, follow-up notes, outcomes, and imported CSV data. We may also receive limited technical and usage information needed to secure, operate, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide secure access, operate shared workspaces, display and manage follow-up work, support imports, maintain product security, respond to support requests, and understand website and product usage. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics and marketing choices
On our website, if you don't accept analytics, Rebook still measures visits and clicks in an anonymous, cookie-free way: no cookies or device storage are used, and we can't tell one visit from you apart from another visitor's. Accepting analytics turns on standard PostHog analytics cookies, tied to your browser, so we can see repeat visits and usage over time. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies across the Rebook website and product on the same domain. Either way, you may decline without losing essential functionality.
If you choose to receive product news and practical follow-up ideas when creating an account, we record that choice and may add your email address to our Resend marketing audience. You can leave the box unchecked or unsubscribe from later messages.
Service providers
Rebook uses service providers to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, and, where enabled, PostHog for product analytics. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Rebook.
Workspace responsibilities
Each workspace is responsible for the customer information it uploads and for ensuring it has an appropriate lawful basis to use that information, including for any outreach it sends or records through Rebook.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the workspace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data. Workspace members should first contact their workspace owner. You may also contact us using the address below.

We may update this policy as Rebook evolves. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the date above.
