Rebook FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A clear overview of how Rebook keeps unfinished customer work visible and moving.

What is customer follow-up software?

Customer follow-up software helps a team keep track of customers who still need a response, decision, or next action. Rebook brings unanswered leads, open quotes, recommended work, postponed jobs, and future service into one shared follow-up queue.

Who is Rebook for?

Rebook is designed for service businesses that manage customer opportunities across spreadsheets, calendars, exports, notes, or memory. It gives coordinators and owners a clear view of what needs attention and what should happen next.

Is Rebook a CRM?

No. Rebook is a focused customer follow-up system, not a full CRM. It helps your team recover unfinished opportunities while your existing CRM, calendar, scheduling, and business systems remain in charge.

How does lead follow-up work in Rebook?

Add a new lead manually or import it from an existing list. Rebook records the reason for the opportunity, its due date, the latest contact, and the next action. The lead remains visible until it is booked, deferred, declined, or closed.

Can Rebook help us follow up on open quotes?

Yes. Rebook can track quotes and recommended work that are still waiting for a customer decision. Your team can see when to follow up, record each contact attempt, and keep the opportunity open until there is a clear outcome.

Can Rebook track repeat and future service?

Yes. You can create future-service opportunities using dates or service intervals supplied by your business. Rebook shows the work before it becomes due and can create the next expected opportunity after completed service. It does not determine legal or technical service intervals.

Does Rebook send automatic customer reminders?

Rebook supports approved reminders when a supported messaging channel is configured. Your team controls the wording, timing, follow-up limits, and suppression rules. You can also record calls, emails, texts, or conversations completed outside Rebook.

What happens when a customer does not respond?

The opportunity stays visible with a next action. Silence does not automatically close the work. If the follow-up limit is reached or information needs attention, the record can move to Needs Review for a person to resolve.

Can we import our existing customer follow-up list?

Yes. You can import a CSV or exported list instead of migrating to a new CRM. Rebook previews the data and flags incomplete, invalid, duplicate, or ambiguous records before they become active follow-up work.

How does Rebook prevent duplicate follow-ups?

Rebook checks for related open opportunities and recent customer contact. It can warn the team when the customer may already have been contacted or when one conversation could cover several related items.

How does Rebook measure recovered revenue?

Rebook records bookings created through the follow-up process and calculates estimated recovered revenue using values supplied by the business. Work that was already booked before entering the recovery process is excluded.

Does Rebook replace our scheduling or booking system?

No. Your existing calendar or scheduling system remains the source of truth for confirmed appointments. Rebook records the booking reference or date so the follow-up opportunity can be closed correctly.
