Using Rebook
Rebook provides tools for organizing and tracking customer follow-up work. By accessing or using Rebook, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your account credentials, and provide accurate information.
Workspace accounts
The person who creates a workspace is responsible for its members, access permissions, and the information added to it. Workspace owners must promptly remove access for people who should no longer use the workspace.
Customer data and outreach
You are responsible for the customer data you add to Rebook and for complying with laws that apply to your communications, marketing, records, and service operations. Rebook does not replace your CRM, scheduler, legal obligations, or professional judgment.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rebook to break the law, infringe rights, transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or send unsolicited or deceptive communications.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Rebook available and reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update features, security controls, or these terms as the product develops.
Feedback
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Rebook without an obligation to you.
